Penny Platt

In her day job, Penny is one of the owners and veggie growers at Untamed Earth Organic Farm. They grow certified organic veggies across three farms across Waitaha to sell through their shop in Christchurch. Penny studied at the BHU in 2010 and started her first business delivering veggie boxes to her friends with the support of the BHU stepping stone program. Penny teaches practical farming skills, and is also Chair of the BHU organic trust.
