Academic and Professional Background: B Hort, Dip Hort (Lincoln), Cert Teaching
Hamish has 30 years experience in horticulture and teaching. He has worked for MAF in biosecurity and established horticulture at Thames High. He tutored at Lincoln University in botany and horticultural management before taking up a full time position at CPIT in the nineties. Hamish has been involved in developing and teaching horticulture for students and industry personnel specialising in plant protection, fruit production, agrichemical use & safety and horticultural botany.
